Yes, you can have your order delivered to another country. However, it is important that you place your order in the correct country shop and provide a delivery address in the respective country.
To ensure your order is processed correctly, please follow these steps:
First, switch to the appropriate country shop. You can select the correct shop via the country selector at the bottom of our website. If you are already located in the corresponding country, the correct shop may be suggested automatically.
Log in to your account or continue as a guest.
Add your desired products to the shopping cart.
During checkout, enter a delivery address in the destination country. If the address is not yet saved in your customer account, you can add it directly during the checkout process. You can also choose a different billing address if needed.
Complete your order, and we will deliver your nutrients as quickly as possible.
Important information:
Orders can only be shipped to addresses in the respective country via the corresponding country shop. For example, if you would like delivery to Italy, you must place your order in the Italian shop. Saved addresses are only displayed in the checkout within the matching country shop.
Please note:
This option is not available for Switzerland, Liechtenstein, and the United Kingdom. In these countries, orders from an existing customer account can only be delivered to an address within the respective country.
