You can update your billing and delivery address at any time, as long as both addresses are located in the same country where your subscription was originally created.
You can easily make this change in your customer account under “My Subscription”. Once updated, all future subscription deliveries will automatically be sent to your new address.
Please note that orders already in logistical processing can no longer be changed for operational reasons.
Important: This applies only to subscriptions purchased on www.biogena.com from May 27, 2026 onwards.
