After the minimum term has ended, you can pause your subscription at any time. To do this, go to “Subscription Management” in your customer account, open the relevant subscription, and click on “Details.” There you can pause your subscription for 1, 2, or 3 deliveries.
Once the pause period is over, your subscription will automatically continue. If you prefer, you can also reactivate it at any time during the pause.
Important: The delivery schedule remains based on the original start date of your subscription.
Here’s an example for illustration: If a subscription starts on May 13, the next delivery will take place on June 13. If you then pause the subscription for one delivery, the June shipment is skipped and the next delivery will automatically be scheduled for July 13.
However, if you end the pause before the originally planned delivery date—for example at the end of May—the skipped delivery will be reinstated. As a result, the next delivery date will again shift to June 13.
Important: This applies only to subscriptions you have purchased on www.biogena.com from May 27, 2026 onwards.
