Unfortunately, it is currently not possible to choose individual preferred delivery dates or to reschedule single subscription deliveries.
The delivery date is automatically determined based on the start date of your subscription.
If a delivery cannot be completed, it might automatically return to us. In this case, the corresponding amount will be credited back to you, unless we receive any other instructions from you. Your next subscription delivery will then continue as usual according to your selected delivery interval.
If you expect that a delivery cannot be made to your current address, you can update your delivery address at any time before shipment in your customer account. Please note that address changes are only possible within the same country in which the subscription was originally created.
If you use a temporary delivery address, please remember to switch it back afterwards.
