In your club account at www.biogena.com, you can view and manage your subscription at any time with ease.
You can also flexibly update your billing and delivery address yourself. Please note that both addresses must be located in the same country in which your subscription was originally set up.
After the minimum term has ended, you can pause or cancel your subscription. You can already submit a cancellation for the end of the minimum term during the active contract period in your customer account under “My Subscriptions” In this case, your subscription will automatically end once the minimum term has been reached.
If you do not cancel within the required notice period, your subscription will automatically continue at the selected delivery interval so you can keep receiving your products reliably. The applicable monthly price will be based on the current list price, while your existing subscription discount will of course remain unchanged.
Please also note that individual delivery dates cannot be adjusted. For this reason, subscription deliveries cannot be postponed. The respective delivery date is determined by the date your subscription was started.
Important: This applies only to subscriptions purchased on www.biogena.com from May 27, 2026 onwards.
