After the minimum term has ended, you can cancel your subscription at any time. You can already do this during the contract period via your customer account under “Subscription Management” for the respective subscription. In this case, your subscription will automatically end once the minimum term has been reached.
If you do not cancel in time, your subscription will simply continue at the selected delivery interval and renew automatically, so you stay continuously supplied.
Important: This applies only to subscriptions purchased on www.biogena.com from May 27, 2026 onwards.
