That depends entirely on which subscription you choose! We distinguish between the classic product subscription, the BIOGENA ONE subscription, and the BIOGENA PETS subscription:
🔵 BIOGENA.COM
If you subscribe to your regular favourite supplements, payment is currently only possible by credit card. This ensures that your recurring deliveries can be charged automatically and without interruption. Unfortunately, other payment methods such as PayPal, Klarna, or invoice payment are not available for these subscriptions.
🌿 BIOGENA-ONE.COM
Our all-in-one subscription offers you plenty of flexibility. At www.biogena-one.com, you can choose from almost all common payment methods: credit card (Visa, Mastercard, Amex, etc.), PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, or Shop Pay.
🐾 BIOGENA-PETS.COM
For subscriptions at www.biogena-pets.com, you can conveniently pay by PayPal or credit card. Other payment methods are currently not available for pet subscriptions.
