How can I tell whether I have a subscription?

Log in to your BIOGENA Club account at www.biogena.com and click on “My Subscription” in the menu. If one or more products are listed there, you have an active subscription for those products. You can also see your delivery interval and the date of your next shipment.

Log in to your account on www.biogena-one.com. Click on the profile icon in the top-right corner and select “Manage Subscription”. You will then need to log in again to access our self-service portal directly. There, you can view and manage your active subscription.

Log in to the online shop at www.biogena-pets.com using your login credentials. In your account, click on “My Subscription”. If products for your pet are listed there, you have an active subscription for those products. You can also see the selected minimum subscription term, your discount, and the date your next parcel will be shipped.
