Dring the 12-month minimum term, your price stays locked in—so it can make sense to extend your minimum term early to keep enjoying the same rate longer. Or upgrade from a 3- or 6-month plan to a 12-month subscription in time (see Upgrade).
To extend your subscription with another 12-month minimum term, log in to biogena-one.com with your BIOGENA account. Click “Manage Subscription” on the right—you’ll be taken to a portal where you’ll need to log in again. Then select your subscription and extend it for another 12 months.
