Since March 2026, invoices are no longer included in your package. Instead, you will conveniently receive them digitally by email as soon as your order is shipped.
If you can’t find the email right away, please also check your junk or spam folder — sometimes it may end up there.
With a BIOGENA customer account, you can also access and download invoices for your online orders at any time directly from your account. To do so, go to "My Orders" in your customer account, open the desired order, and then click the "Download Invoice" button.
