Our processes are designed to get your order to you as quickly as possible. If your order has already entered the shipping process and you’d like to cancel it, we unfortunately can’t guarantee that cancellation will still be possible.
The quickest way is to log into your customer account, open the relevant order, and click on “Cancel order.”
You’ll then receive a cancellation confirmation by email.
Please note:
Unfortunately, it’s not possible to cancel individual items from an order. If you’d like to make changes, the entire order must be canceled and placed again.
If your order has already been shipped, you can simply refuse delivery or contact our customer service team to arrange a return. If possible, please leave the package unopened.
If a promo code was used for the order, it will be considered redeemed in the event of a cancellation and cannot be used again.
