Step 1: Sign in or join us
If you don’t have a BIOGENA customer account yet, create one now. Already registered? Just log in and you’re good to go.
Step 2: Activate your test ID
Head to the Wellbeing Check Ultimate 360° landing page and click the button “Already have a test from us? Activate it here”. Now enter your test ID – you’ll find it in your test kit. Click “Activate test” once and you’re one step closer.
Step 3: Complete the questionnaire
Answer the short questionnaire completely – this info is important so the lab can create your personalized results. Once everything’s filled in, click “Submit”. Et voilà! You’ll see the confirmation “Your Wellbeing Test has been successfully activated” and you can sit back and relax.
