If your payment method (like your credit card) has expired, you can easily update it through our shop system.
Just log in to biogena-one.com with your BIOGENA account. Click “Manage Subscription” on the right—you’ll be taken to a portal where you’ll need to log in again.
Select your subscription and click “Update” next to payment method.
You’ll receive an email from our Shopify shop system that takes you to a secure site where you can enter your new payment details. For your safety, always check the URL in your browser—you should see https://shopify.com so you know it’s legit.
Special case—ShopPay: If you purchased with Shopify ShopPay, make sure to update your payment method within ShopPay itself. Important: Don’t delete the old one and add a new one—just update the existing one. Otherwise, the connection to us gets lost, and you’ll need to start a new subscription through our checkout.
