If your payment method (e.g., credit card) has expired, you can update it yourself directly in our shop system - quick and hassle-free.
Log in to your BIOGENA customer account on biogena-one.com. On the right side, click “Manage subscription”. You’ll be taken to a separate portal where you’ll need to log in once more.
Now choose the subscription you want to edit and, under “Payment method,” click “Update.”
Next, you’ll receive an email from our Shopify shop system. It will take you to a secure page where you can enter your new payment details. For your safety, please double-check the URL in your browser - if you see https://shopify.com, you’re on the secure site.
Special case ShopPay:
If you checked out using Shopify ShopPay, make sure you update your payment method directly in ShopPay.
Important: Don’t delete the old payment method and add a new one - only update the existing one. Otherwise, the connection to us will be lost and you’ll need to set up a new subscription via our checkout.
