If you’re currently on a monthly cancellable plan or a 2-, 3-, or 6-month plan, you can upgrade anytime to the more affordable 12‑month plan.
Your new minimum term is calculated like this: the remaining months on your current plan + 12 months.
Example: If you’re on a 6‑month plan and 2 months have already passed, you have 4 months left. After switching, your new minimum term becomes 4 + 12 = 16 months.
The nice part: you’ll get the lowest 12‑month price immediately after the switch.
To upgrade your subscription to a 12-month plan, simply log in to the biogena-one.com website with your BIOGENA customer account. Click on “Manage subscription” on the right-hand side - you will now be taken to a separate portal where you will need to log in again.
You can then select your subscription and switch to the 12-month subscription.
