While our capsules are designed to be taken whole for the best results, we understand that sometimes this isn't possible. If you find yourself in this situation, you can carefully open the capsule by gently pulling apart the two halves. Mix the powder with water, still mineral water, or herbal tea, and drink it right away to ensure you get the full benefit. Just steer clear of black tea, coffee, cola, or fruit juices, as these can interfere with the absorption of the active ingredients.
