Thinking about saying goodbye to your BIOGENA ONE subscription? No worries!
If your minimum term is already over, you can stop your subscription easily before it renews automatically.
Got a few too many ONE packs at home? You don’t have to cancel right away. You can simply pause your subscription for 30, 60, or 90 days - and restart whenever it suits you. Reorders always run on a 30-day rhythm, based on the date you originally purchased.
In order to cancel your subscription, log in to your BIOGENA customer account on biogena-one.com. On the right-hand side, click “Manage subscription.” You’ll be taken to a separate portal where you’ll need to log in again. Select your subscription and complete the cancellation.
One last thing: we’d really appreciate it if you could choose a reason for cancelling. Your feedback helps us understand what you need - and what we can do better.
