Your reorders are timed to arrive every 30 days after your first order or last reorder—just like your original purchase date.
To pause auto-renewal, log in to biogena-one.com with your BIOGENA account. Click “Manage Subscription” on the right—you’ll be taken to a portal where you’ll need to log in again.
Then select your subscription and choose how long you’d like to pause.
