Want to hit pause on your BIOGENA ONE subscription for a bit? Totally fine. If your minimum subscription term has already ended, it’s quick and uncomplicated.

Here’s how your deliveries work: your reorders are set up to arrive every 30 days - counting from your first order or from your most recent reorder. In other words, the timing stays aligned with your original purchase rhythm.

To pause the automatic renewal, simply log in to biogena-one.com with your BIOGENA customer account. On the right-hand side, click “Manage subscription”. You’ll be taken to a separate portal where you’ll need to sign in once more.

Then just select your subscription and choose how long you’d like to pause it for.
