You can easily redeem your BIOGENA loyalty points as a discount on your order in person at one of our stores or during the online checkout process.
Choose products: Add the products you want to your cart.
Go to checkout: Click to checkout and enter your information.
Payment step: In Step 3 (Payment), select the Redeem credits section.
Select the number of points: Use the slider to specify how many of your collected points you would like to use for this purchase, then click Redeem. The corresponding discount will be deducted immediately after redemption.
Please note: The minimum redemption is 25 credits. Additional credits can be redeemed in increments of 25 (25, 50, 75 LP, etc.).
